E105 - Mob Mentalities - Goblinoid Hosts: The Region’s Legion Strategians
Tuesday Jan 26, 2021
Tuesday Jan 26, 2021
Countless little goblins, lethargic and limited bugbears, and scores of allies and cohorts make up a good portion of the goblinoid host, but there's still one thing we haven't covered yet: Leadership. Who reigns over all the bugbear chiefs and goblin bosses? Hobgoblins, of course.
This week's episode of the It's A Mimic! podcast is the third part of our three-part conversation that looks at the tactics and leadership structure of the Goblinoid Host! Dan and Adam sit in the warmth of their own Guild Hall, and discuss Hobgoblins and the Goblinoid Host in general, and what information Dungeon Masters might need in order to shine a spotlight on Goblinoids as an enemy mob! But there are too many monsters for just these two hosts to take on, so they've reached out to their own mob of Dungeon Masters who are littered throughout 5e's various locales, digging up details from every corner of the multiverse!
This episode covers the Hobgoblin, Raven, Hobgoblin Captain, Hobgoblin Warlord, Devastator, and Iron Shadow.
The hosts featured are Brad, Dave, James, Megan, and Terry.

The blue and red noses are very Siberian. Sort of their Old man winter tales character. I would lean heavily into that direction.
