On the Baelzebul portion of this episode, I would like to think that all the pit fiends like all the actual monster summons, not the flies themselves. He’s vomiting up those. Those are part of the curse, but the boils and things are where the pits come from like yeah, he just summoned a pit fiend because the pustule on his back exploded. I think the pit fiend is also going to be listening to everything. He says, trying to catch him in a lie to add a year onto the sentence.
