Location, location, location! This week’s episode of the It's A Mimic! podcast roams the steampunk-Victorian-London-inspired streets and surrounding area of Baldur’s Gate. Join the well-informed panel of Dungeon Masters as they dig deep into the history, lore, establishments, and notable citizens that call Baldur’s Gate home. Do the dragons of Dungeons and Dragons feel somewhat lackluster to you? Well, in this week’s episode of the It’s A Mimic! podcast, the panel of Dungeon Masters look to a plethora of other sources for inspiration. This includes one of the best third party sources for additional dragon shenanigans, as well as looking back to what previous editions of this beautiful game had to offer for our majestic winged lords of the skies. With the information from this episode, you can now restore some of that luster that was so lacking from those impressive scales.

It’s time to grab the clay, fire the kiln, and get your hands dirty crafting a custom campaign world of your own design! The It’s a Mimic! podcast’s panel of Dungeon Masters team up with special guest Brian, The Bearded Nerd, to talk about what exactly homebrew is, what the potential problems are, and what tips might help you craft your own world for Dungeons and Dragons.

This episode of Legend Lore takes us out of the Forgotten Realms and into the first Magic: the Gathering setting: Ravnica. But is the book Guildmasters’ Guide to Ravnica worth the price tag? One of the Dungeon Masters comes in skeptical to start with, but with 10 guilds, a deep bestiary, and a fantastic layout, it’s no surprise when things keep looking better and better for Niv-Mizzet, Rakdos, and the other inhabitants within these pages.

Are the gods truly gods? Who can throw a tarrasque? And when might it be appropriate to use a laugh track during combat? This episode of the It’s A Mimic! Podcast sees the panel of Dungeon Masters answer these questions and more, as they dig around in the lore and stats of Illithids, their allies, and their pets. Things get slimy and tentacly in Dungeons & Dragons this week, so prepare Mind Blank, watch out for space ships, and for the love of God, don’t walk where it’s squishy!

Pet peeves, invisible stirges, Superman Returns, and seven-year-old Dave. There may be twenty questions asked, but there are too many answers for polite company. This mailbag episode of the It's A Mimic! podcast covers far more than Dungeons & Dragons. Too much, really. Dan sincerely apologizes for his cohosts' behaviour...

It's a min-maxer’s dream as the It’s A Mimic! podcast goes for their fourth round at our resident divine spellslingers of Dungeons and Dragons: the Cleric. This time around the panel of Dungeon Masters look to serve and protect with the Order Domain, to build and create with the Forge domain, and to confuse and obfuscate with the Arcana Domain. So while Megan and Brad throw those references around and Dan forgets how to podcast - dust off your prayer smocks, load the incendiary rounds, and settle in for a little Law & Order.

It’s been almost three years since the It’s A Mimic! podcast has covered druids, but the seasons have changed and the stars have aligned, so the panel of Dungeon Masters has convened to discuss nature, death, dreams, and rot. The last druid episode was not particularly flattering for the class, but there have been quite a few new books for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition since that recording. So the DM’s are ready to sit down and go over the Circle of Dreams and Circle of Spores, as well as the inspirations that can be found in Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, including potential treasured items, guiding aspects, and mentors.
