This week's episode of the It's A Mimic! podcast is the second part of our three-part conversation that looks at the complicated structure of the Goblinoid Host! Dan and Adam sit in the warmth of their own Guild Hall, and discuss the inner workings of a strictly Goblin society, and what information Dungeon Masters might need in order to shine a spotlight on Goblinoids as an enemy mob! But there are too many monsters for just these two hosts to take on, so they've reached out to their own mob of Dungeon Masters who are littered throughout 5e's various locales, digging up details from every corner of the multiverse!
This episode covers the Booyahg Caster, Booyahg Wielder, Booyahg Whip, Booyahg Booyahg Booyahg, Booyahg Slave (x3), and Barghest.
The hosts featured are Brad, Dave, Megan, Nic, Terry and Tyler.

Happy Holidays!
Have you ever wondered why there's a 10-foot pole on the equipment list? Or how to craft Potions of Healing? Are you curious about why Alchemist's Fire is so famous, but so seemingly useless, or why poisons aren't being used more often? Have you scratched your head over how big a chest really is, which container is the best bang for your buck, or whether or not an iron pot is an effect smashing implement?
We're break the format a little this year to bring you a special mailbag episode on Christmas instead of an actual play! Our most frequently asked question is about using mundane items in Dungeons and Dragons, specifically the ones from the Player's Handbook, and why the items in the Adventuring Gear section are so important. Well, Dan and Adam sat down for this whopping 3-hour episode, and broke down all the tools, kits, and regular items that they could find, and what possible applications there are for them. You may just be surprised about how useful soap, oil, and a climber's kit are...

I just... This episode is... I don't know. There are the regular jokes and D&D tips. sure, but things get real a couple of times, and some truths are revealed.
This is the most meta, self-indulgent, navel-gazing episode we've ever released, so... you're welcome? Yes, it's mostly D&D, and we tried to stay on topic, but with Brad, Dave, and Megan throwing the questions at us, you know it's going to get stupid. Now you get to see behind the scenes at It's A Mimic!, and we're really, really sorry.

Holy jeez! It's 100 episodes of the It's A Mimic! podcast! In these isolating times when we all want to be together celebrating this milestone episode but instead choose to do the responsible thing and social distance, Adam and Dan sit down and talk about the one thing none of us can do: Mob together.
In this episode, the rules, classifications, and strategies (both for Dungeon Masters and Players) of any given mob are the celebratory champagne - as we set up for a new format for a new year. Thank you all for coming along on this ride with us so far! We appreciate you all so much!

What's big, hideous, hates you and is more than willing to grab you and eat you? No, not Adam. Not Terry, either. No, it's more Monstrosities! In this week's episode of the It's A Mimic! podcast, Dan, Adam, and Megan cover some massive, high-level monstrosities from Theros, Ravnica, and Acquisitions Incorporated - the Skyswimmer, the Deep Crow (and its ancient form), and the Typhon.
So strap in and enjoy as we talk about these slithering and squishy horrors, and all the ways they grab, chomp, and swallow your hopes, dreams, and lifeblood! Yum!

Come on... You were barely using that pesky "soul" thing anyway, weren't you?
This week on the It's A Mimic! podcast, the panel of Dungeon Masters sits down to meticulously review the fine print for those who want to commit to Warlocks. But what's it like to have a member of the Seelie Court looking over your shoulder? And what kind of special attention does Big Daddy Tentacles visit upon you in the dead of night? And how much can you trust that horny devil who's so very willing to promise you everything if you'll just play along for a little while...?
Seriously, who thinks that being a Warlock is a good idea?

This week on the It's A Mimic! podcast, we're charging in head first, getting into the thick of it, and kicking up dust! It's another three rounds in the ring with the most-aptly and least-imaginatively named class out there: Fighters! But we've beyond the Player's Handbook now, and we're looking into the flavourful options that no one ever talks about. That's right, it's the Arcane Archer, Cavalier, and Samurai! Is this archer better than a Ranger? How much does a cavalier rely on a mount? And how does a samurai differ in flavour?
But it's more than just arrows, horses, and katanas! The panel of Dungeon Masters also digs deep into the inspirational suggestions of Xanathar's Guide to Everything! What's you're emblem? Who trained you to be the master that you are today? And do you have a finishing move?
